Fethiye-Marmaris Corridor: 2026 Sectoral Outlook

Within 2026, there are 23 large-scale investments in the Fethiye-Marmaris corridor for which construction approval processes have been completed. Half of these projects are boutique hotel investments, one-third are luxury villa complexes, and the remainder fall within infrastructure investment categories.

Due to the geographical and topographical conditions of the region, demand for mobile cranes in the 50-130 tonne capacity class and aerial platforms with 25-60 metre working heights has doubled compared to the previous year.
